About the event
The Silent Hike is an invitation to experience the landscape in a deeper way. As we walk, attention gradually returns to the body, the rhythm of each step, the breath, the sounds of the forest, the changing light, the scents, and the subtle details of the surroundings. Silence creates space for a different quality of perception, allowing the natural environment of Sintra to become part of the practice itself.
We will begin with a short introduction and a few simple guidelines for the experience. From there, the group will walk together in silence, at a comfortable and mindful pace. At the end of the hike, we will gather for a gentle transition and an optional moment of sharing.
