WORKSHOP LISBON

Bodywork LAB

Bodywork Lab is a space for exploration, practice and exchange through touch. Rather than following a fixed sequence, participants are invited to give and receive bodywork freely, allowing the session to develop through curiosity, listening and direct experience.

Throughout the practice, the facilitator offers guidance, suggestions and different possibilities of touch, pressure, movement, stretching or stillness. These are not rigid instructions, but starting points that encourage participants to explore new ways of relating to the body while developing sensitivity, confidence and creativity.

Each encounter lasts around 2.5 hours and includes time to experience both giving and receiving. Attention is given not only to technique, but also to presence, communication, consent and the ability to notice how another person's body responds to touch.

Bodywork Lab is open to anyone who is curious about bodywork and the experience of conscious touch. No previous experience is required, and therapists, bodyworkers, yoga teachers and other professionals are equally welcome to join, explore and exchange knowledge in a less structured environment.

Designed as a recurring practice, Bodywork Lab creates a space to experiment, observe, adapt and learn over time. It is a laboratory in the true sense of the word: open, experiential and guided enough to make the exploration safe, meaningful and enriching.
